We’re all hanging on by a thread of God’s grace.
Molecules caught up in the dance of time and space.
Moments flee and oxygen is finite
but the love of one another can burn forever bright.
Accolades tarnish and titles fade
but the Spirit of God will never fade.
Stars are born before and beyond the grave;
so let your light shine, it is the reason you were made.
Knowing your weakness is strength in the mind.
Being needy for God is how His light shines.
Stars are broken and stars are weak.
The truth of God shines through the humble and meek.
So hang onto that thread of God’s grace.
It leads to love, forever beholding heaven’s face.
Stars are born before and beyond the grave.
You are a star! So let your light shine, it is the reason you were made.
