Dear Child,
You are like a little baby tree.
The Master grower is at work to build you strong and mighty.
The Creator grows your life into branches, leaves and fruits.
God longs to spread out His love and truth through your living roots.
That’s right, God created your roots to become His fruits.
So it’s very important that your roots are planted in good soil.
Or else your fruits can rotten and spoil.
So make sure you’re growing the right way.
Soak in God’s light and drink living water each and every day.
Be careful what your eyes see.
The things you soak in spreads to the whole tree.
Protect your roots to produce healthy and good fruits.
God says: “from your heart flows the well-spring of life.”
If your heart is sour and bitter, angry or mad,
The fruits your tree produces will not be happy and glad.
You cannot grow on your own.
You need God’s Word to build strong bones.
In fact, on your own, your tree is weak.
It’s only God’s truth and spirit that grows the meek.
As you know, trees need sunlight to prosper.
God says His Word is the true light,
That will grow your tree day and night.
So make sure your roots go down deep.
God has an enemy who wants to devour your roots and rotten your fruits.
Remember you can’t do this growing on your own.
If you do, you will just expose yourself to the enemy to devour your bones.
Jesus, God’s Son, says: “Without me you can do nothing.”
He is the only one who can turn your little tree into a beautiful something.
Invite God into your entire life garden.
This will make sure your soil is good and roots are strong.
So your branches can grow far and wide, pretty and long.
Be willing to the let the Master Gardener have His way.
He loves to get His hands dirty and pluck out weeds that don’t belong.
The Lord Jesus knows what’s right and wrong.
Invite God into your garden of life every single day.
It brings the Father joy when you allow Him to stay.
In life you will stumble and fall.
But don’t worry, God’s Spirit loves to rebuild us after all.
God is a gentle Gardener who gets down in the dirt.
For the Creator knows how brilliant and valuable your tree is worth.
Cling to the vine of God’s only Son.
Jesus forgives and purifies your heart to be bright like the Sun.
One day child, you can be a mighty tree.
Doing the work of God to hand out fruit to those in need.
“but His delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not whither. In all that he does, he prospers.” – Psalm 1:2-3
